
Apala Family Medical Practice provides telemedicine visits for selected medical concerns that can be safely evaluated online. Some conditions may require in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, or emergency care.
Primary Care Telemedicine
Telemedicine visits may be appropriate for routine follow-up, medication review, health counseling, and management of stable chronic conditions.
Medication Refills
Medication refills may be provided when clinically appropriate after review of your medical history, current medications, allergies, symptoms, and follow-up needs. Refills are not guaranteed and depend on clinical judgment.
Chronic Disease Follow-Up
We may provide follow-up support for stable conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, GERD, allergies, and stable asthma/COPD follow-up.

Minor Urgent Care Concerns
Telemedicine may be appropriate for selected minor concerns such as cold symptoms, sinus symptoms, allergy symptoms, mild cough, mild skin concerns, medication questions, and lab review.
Conditions Not Appropriate for Telemedicine
Telemedicine is not appropriate for emergencies or conditions requiring immediate hands-on evaluation. Please seek urgent or emergency care for chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms, severe abdominal pain, severe allergic reactions, uncontrolled bleeding, severe dehydration, fainting, severe weakness, suicidal thoughts, or any worsening serious condition.
